Back boudering

Today I walked over to big rock and signed up for monthly membership. This year if I am going to take climbing seriously then I am going to have to commit to it.

I am going to start doing the following

  1. Visit big rock three times a week (1 climbing, 2 bordering)
  2. Work on my upper body strength.
  3. Get climbing outdoors
  4. Do my SPA training  

I have to start bordering to improve my technic. I have found recently that I am relying too much on my upper body and not climbing with my feet.

I think bordering will help this. Flagging is one technique that I need to get back. If i am serious about being better then these are all things that should be tackled during this year.
