4 Great Days in Wales

With the camper van now all fully functioning it is now time to use it to it’s fullest.

I drove up to Friday evening and got to the A55 at about 1am. I then bedded down in a lay-by.

In the morning I woke up and cooked up a nice breakfast, then shot along the A55 to the bottom of the rangers track. I have never explored this side of Snowdon so it was great to see the quieter side of Snowdon.

I started up the Rangers track till I turned off towards Moel Cynghorion. It was a hard slog up the misty hill but I soon hit the top.
Walking in the mist really tests the nav skills, so the map and compass was out at every turn.
I did not hang around and soon bagged Foel Gron & Moel Eilio too.

For a day in the mist it was really good to walk over rolling hills on the Snowdon range.
